I had an issue with a ring we bought there (not the store's fault, as they didn't make it, only sold it), and they did the right thing, in terms of customer service, working with the manufacturer to fix it. I decided on getting a new setting for the ring, and the ring is absolutely gorgeous! I have also used them for various repairs and watch battery replacement, and all were done well and at fair prices. Our family has high standards for jewelers, as some of our best friends were custom jewelers back in TX, and we know we are in excellent hands here with Lester's.
